2024 Draft By-law Proposals
After engagement with membership, through open engagement sessions and third-party focus groups, and review by the
By-law Review Committee, legal counsel for the Association has drafted the following by-law changes

2023 Salary Survey Now Open
The 2023 Salary Survey is now open for eligible practitioners to complete via a link in their online profile.
Completing the survey provides practitioners, employers, and the public with information regarding engineers' and
geoscientists' salaries and benefits in the Province of Manitoba.
This information assists Association practitioners in understanding their compensation
with respect to the local marketplace and enables comparisons with data from other provinces.

Special Meeting of Council -
Tuesday, June 4, 2024
In accordance with By-law 4.16, the President of Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba
has called a Special Meeting of Council. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss

Harassment in the Workplace: Know Your Rights -
Monday, June 10, 2024 Join the 2030 Manitoba Coalition for
a presentation and discussion by lawyers Christian Monnin and Allie
Moar to get an understanding of your legal recourse options should you be the
target of harassment in the workplace. Workplace health and safety includes
anti-harassment and violence policies that must be enacted to prevent
