Appreciation Event at FortWhyte Alive. Throughout the evening of
June 20,
2023, you can try your accuracy at hatchet throwing, learn more about
critters by dip netting on the boardwalk, go on a scavenger hunt while
strolling the grounds, or relax by the fire while you enjoy a mix of toppings
to create a truly custom bannock creation at the Bannock Bar! Tickets are now
available for all practitioners to buy online for the subsidized price of $20

CBHCC
Seeking Input on Policy Considerations in the National Model Codes The
Canadian Board for Harmonized Construction Codes (CBHCC) is seeking input from
stakeholders, experts, code users, and the general public on the wave two draft
policy recommendations for developing and implementing greenhouse gas
emissions provisions in the National Model Codes before finalizing the policy

EngGeoMB extends its gratitude to everyone who participated in the 2023
Practitioner Survey for helping us improve our processes and services.
A winner was identified for the optional practitioner survey draw. Given
that it was an anonymous survey, we are not publicizing their name, however,
they have been contacted and will be receiving the gift card of their choice.

Indigenous
Canada Online Course As professional engineers and geoscientists
working on Treaty One Territory, it is critical to be aware of the contemporary
issues and histories that continue to impact Indigenous populations today. The
Indigenous Canada Online Course is complimentary and is offered through the Faculty
of Native Studies at the University of Alberta provides Indigenous viewpoints
and critical perspectives while placing emphasis on national and local

and Geoscience Education Foundation (EGEF) AGM -

At the EGEF's annual general meeting, meet the volunteers who keep the engine
running, make a donation to become a member, and vote. On June 14, 2023, the
