Certificate of Authorization Renewals
The Certificate of Authorization expiration date is April 30, 2023. Renewal payments can be completed online or by submitting a cheque by mail to the Association office. If the Certificate of Authorization holder is no longer providing services within the province and is not planning on renewing, are required to submit a completed cancellation form. If you have any questions, please email the Certificate of Authorization Coordinator.
