Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba Family Legacy Bursary Draw
This is the last week that EngGeoMB will be accepting applications for the 2022 Family Legacy Bursary Draw. Five bursary prizes are given to the children of Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba members. Applicants must be enrolled full time in first-year engineering or geoscience studies. The application deadline is September 1, 2022. Young Friends of Engineering
Young Friends of Engineering is a unique group of Manitoba engineers who share the Price Faculty of Engineering's commitment to excellence in engineering education. Their mission is to bring together Manitoba's emerging engineers to be a strong, collective voice while supporting the growth and health of the Price Faculty of Engineering at the University of Manitoba. Indigenous Professionals Initiative Committee - Multiple Positions
The Indigenous Professionals Initiative Committee (IPIC) is a committee that works under the direction of the CEO to achieve End E.5.1 - Increasing Indigenous membership for the Association. The committee works to advise the Association on ways to remove barriers, assist, and improve opportunities for Indigenous youth to enter the professions of engineering or geoscience. The committee is looking for Indigenous self-identifying members of the Association to join the committee. For more information on this opportunity please see the call for volunteers.
