New Foundational and Infrastructure Path from the BRACE/MCRT Project Team
EngGeoMB's Building Regional Adaptation Capacity and Expertise (BRACE) and Manitoba Climate Resilience Training (MCRT) Project Team has worked with the other sectors to create a suite of training courses that enhance climate knowledge and help integrate climate risk and opportunities into decision-making and planning within the infrastructure sector in Manitoba. The entire MCRT course suite is made up of 18 courses and open to anyone interested in participating, however there is a recommended "Foundational and Infrastructure Path" of courses specifically recommended for infrastructure professionals, as indicated in the course schedule. Members and practitioners are invited to explore the courses offered through the MCRT Project and register online for the foundational courses.

Volunteer Opportunities
Registration Committee - Multiple Positions
The Registration Committee (RC) is a committee of Council made up of registered professional members from both engineering and geoscience disciplines. The committee is responsible for conducting the final review for members and interns who are moving forward towards final registration. RC is currently seeking new professional members to join the committee, and while all members are welcome to apply, the committee is most in need of professional members with expertise in the following areas: mining, mechanical/HVAC, geological engineering, or geoscientists. See the call for volunteers for full details.
Professional Development Opportunities
